The company has great reviews on Angie’s List as well. Cameron got on the roof and looked at my ceiling damage, he helped me file the homeowner’s claim, he came out when the adjuster inspected, and was on site for the work. During this time, he was educating me about what to expect during the process. He helped me choose the roofing materials and was very patient. Cameron was available to me by text and phone whenever I had a question or concern. All the work was done before we had to pay the deductible and for some extra boards we had replaced. The roof looks great and I am happy we used Elite for our roof!”

“I live in Millington tn. I had wind damage to my roof and ceiling in my house. After contacting a few people on Craigslist half of which didn’t show up and the ones that did show up I didn’t feel comfortable with for obvious reasons. I thought I’d check out BBB. I called Elite and told them what I had but also explained that I have a learning disability in add/ADHD that I need someone who has heart of a teacher and not trying to get over on someone. Kyle showed up the same day. He was willing and able to sit with me and my wife and explained what needed to be done and why as a teacher would do. He answered every question I had. Also noting that I have to ask questions in a different way due to my disability but was all good no problems with any questions. Also communication with them in this process was highly exceptional. I’d rather pay more and have quality and extreme professionalism and great work manship than what I had gotten free m Craigslist. Elite totally awesome and worth the money by far they’re the best hands down. Next time I need work done no questions asked calling elite first no questions or excuses or exceptions. Can say it enough they’re the best and highly dependable if there’s a grade higher than an A+ they’d get it from me that’s a guarantee.”
